Victor Haislop holds an MA and an MBA from West Virginia University. In his free time, he is an enthusiastic coach of elementary school soccer teams. He and his wife, Mercedes, have five children. They travel to Spain each summer to visit family and to ensure that the children continue to be fluent in both Spanish and English.
